About The Position

The Parts, Filters, and Accessories business plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering brand loyalty, and generating recurring revenue. We are seeking an Account Manager, Parts, Filters & Accessories to lead sales execution, account strategy, and category growth across LG’s aftermarket portfolio. This position involves managing sales across consumable and accessory categories, where you will significantly expand LG’s market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in consumer electronics, appliances, aftermarket products, or accessories.
  • Proven experience managing accounts, distributors, or retail partners.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with filters, parts, accessories, or consumables.
  • Background in replenishment, subscription, or repeat purchase product categories.
  • Knowledge of appliance services, authorized service networks, or aftermarket ecosystems.
  • Advanced Excel or sales analytics experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow sales for LG genuine filters, replacement parts, and accessories, including consumable and replenishment products.
  • Manage assigned regional, distributor, and national accounts, supporting both in-store and eCommerce channels.
  • Drive attach rate, repeat purchase, and category expansion strategies aligned with LG Home Appliance sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Service Operations, and Product teams.
  • Lead pricing, promotions, forecasting, and promotional planning for parts and accessories portfolios.
  • Support field sales and account teams through training, product education, and sales enablement.
  • Analyze sales trends, POS data, and inventory performance to inform growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent LG brand execution, compliance, and merchandising standards across channels.
