Position Overview This role sits within our Account Services team and may be hired at either the Account Manager or Account Executive level, depending on experience. Both roles help ensure client work moves forward with clarity, organization, and strong communication. More experienced candidates may take primary ownership of client relationships and strategic direction, while earlier-career candidates will focus on coordinating projects and supporting account leadership. In either case, this role plays a critical part in ensuring that client goals translate into clear direction for our internal team. You will work closely with writers, designers, and strategists to support marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, brand work, and integrated marketing efforts. We serve growth-minded organizations in healthcare, ophthalmology, nonprofit, and purpose-driven sectors. Our work requires both strategic thinking and operational discipline. Requirements

  • 1–3 years marketing, agency, or project coordination experience (Account Manager)
  • 3+ years marketing, agency, or client relationship experience (Account Executive)

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
  • Help guide projects from strategy through execution

  • Prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation
