Exciting opportunity to join LOVE CORN, the fastest growing, emerging new snack brand in the USA & UK. As the Account Manager - North East, you will manage all key regional customers, build important relationships, and be responsible for growing revenue in the North East. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in Sales & Account Management within the Food & Beverage industry and be a great cultural fit for our tight-knit team. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and work out of our headquarters in Bergen County, NJ. In this role, you will be tasked with regional account management, achieving annual sales, trade spending, and profit goals at key regional customers across the Northeast, including Wakefern, Ahold, Giant Eagle, Harris Teeter, Wegmans, Big Y, Market Basket, TOPS, and Independents. You will also manage the trade budget across these key regional customers, ensuring all plans are accurately tracked and reconciled. Building and maintaining strong relationships at regional accounts will be crucial to driving sales growth, opening new doors, selling in features and displays, and maximizing profitability and market share. Additionally, you will manage the broker network, including planning and executing in-store merchandising and secondary display programs. Conducting regular business reviews with top customers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement will be part of your responsibilities. You will be accountable for customer and SKU level demand forecasts, working closely with internal Sales and Supply Chain teams to track and manage customer orders and DC inventory. Negotiating pricing and trade spend agreements with regional accounts will also be a key aspect of your role, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. You will collaborate with internal Sales, Operations, and Marketing functions to ensure effective and timely execution of account strategies. Representing LOVE CORN at key selling events such as line reviews, trade shows, and distributor events will also be part of your duties. This position requires a willingness to travel 30% of the time to attend relevant tradeshows, client meetings, and time in the trade to keep a finger on the pulse of retailers and customers.
