About The Position

Key Responsibilities: Protects sole source position at assigned customer accounts. Improves relationships and table stake metrics (Delivery, Quality & Price) on assigned customer accounts. Owns the full lifecycle of customer commercial requests - from intake to execution to follow-up - ensuring responsiveness, clarity, and accountability. Coordinates and communicates customer insights, market intelligence, risks, and growth opportunities clearly and across the organization. Leads development and execution of Strategic Account Plans for assigned customer accounts to preserve existing business, deepen relationships and generate new opportunities at targeted accounts. Builds and executes Market Development Plans with speed to pursue these new business opportunities. Your Objectives: Develop a strong understanding of internal roles and cross-functional processes, building effective relationships across the organization to efficiently manage customer requests. Deepen customer relationships through engagements and targeted face-to-face visits that drive strategic growth conversations. Drive and maintain customer delivery metric to 97% on assigned accounts. Lead the development of Strategic Account Plans for assigned accounts. Plan and manage execution of strategic account plan activities in intended timeline Proactively manage customer requests to ensure the proper follow-up takes place in a timely manner to meet their expectations. Gather customer forecasts and forward-looking intelligence to strengthen pipeline visibility, enhance SIOP integration, and improve understanding of each account’s sales cycle. Build multi-level relationships across engineering, quality, operations, purchasing, marketing, and executive leadership within customer organizations. Goals to Accomplish: Increase customer engagement frequency and quality to enhance account intimacy, loyalty, and lead generation. Capture and communicate customer and market intelligence to internal market team Develop and maintain Strategic Account Plans for top 5 accounts; deliver structured quarterly business updates. Capture customer demand forecasts and integrate into monthly SIOP planning process Be recognized by customers and internal teams as a responsive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented partner. Engage in selected and strategic professional development offerings. Duties of Assignment: Provide timely sales quotations per customer requests. Participate in business case development for new business opportunities. Communicate critical customer information to internal stakeholders. Deliver Customer Activity weekly summary to Executive and Market teams. Facilitate new product and innovation discussions with existing and prospective customers.  Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications or a related field.
  • 0 - 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing tactical execution while advancing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to translate unmet needs of the customer.
  • Demonstrated bias for action, resilience, and willingness to take initiative in situations.
  • Ability to balance the needs of the customer while preserving Beckett Thermal Solutions' best interests.

  • Preferred experience servicing customers in manufacturing or OEM environments.
