About The Position

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Account Manager for North America you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise relationships with a strategic lens.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating technical conversations, while maintaining a business-value focus.
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to interpret complex data and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and driven by outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of API management, developer ecosystems, or related technologies (not mandatory but a plus).
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers across North America
  • Manage the full renewal process, ensuring high retention and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
  • Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals.
  • Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal.
