The Inside Sales Account Manager, New England is responsible for selling Chromium and Visium benchtop instruments and driving consumables for all platforms across existing academic, government and medical center research institutions. Connecting, primarily, with existing customers via phone and e-mail to help guide them to our products that best meet their needs. Additionally, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience in adoption and continuous engagement with 10x through service renewals. This is a remote position based in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.
