Peraton is currently seeking a Account Manager in San Diego, CA, with proven ability to identify and grow new business at NAVWAR, Navy Warfare Centers to include NIWC PAC, and other Navy and Marine Corps customers. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success in identifying and winning new business and in leading business development teams in capturing targeted programs in the Navy/USMC market. It is important for the candidate to have experience building a robust, targeted pipeline of opportunities that will drive growth and ensure that goals are met. Critical skill sets include strong strategic planning abilities and an unrelenting focus on winning business, with a record of 'big' wins with the above customers. It is also important that the candidate is well connected with current Navy/USMC key personnel, and has established relationships within the systems integration, IT, and mission solution communities.
