About The Position

This National Account Manager role will be responsible for Business Development/Sales with National-based Accounts throughout the US, focusing on Commercial Roofing (Service Division). Travel will be required for this role.

Requirements

  • Related previous sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • Ability to establish and build strong relationships.
  • Well-developed sales/presentation skills in power point.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Able to work in a fast paced and sales driven environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively in the role, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new business through various methods of communications.
  • Identify potential new clients and develop relationship with key decision makers.
  • Frequent communication with new and existing customers to ensure full quality and satisfaction.
  • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client.
  • Ability to conduct presentations or demonstrations remotely.
  • Attend association, industry, and networking events.
  • Work closely with local Service departments as well as the National Business Development Management and Team to ensure they are informed on business activities and issues.
  • Extensive travel within US to meet with branches and/or clients.
  • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels.
