The Account Manager, Membership Services role at Comcast Spectacor is crucial for the ticket sales department, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the experience of Flyers Inside Edge season ticket members.   • Manage year-round membership experience and achieve annual retention goals.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals, including upselling and generating referral opportunities to grow the membership base.
  • Sell partial season ticket packages, groups, yearly and nightly suites rentals, and Adrian restaurant memberships.
  • Assist in planning and executing member benefits and unique in-game experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed account information in the client relationship management system.
  • Execute service campaigns that enhance relationships and drive renewal and upgrade campaigns.
  • Work all home games and additional team events, ensuring regular and punctual attendance.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • 2-5 years of relative work experience.
  • Strong client relationship building skills.
  • Sales experience with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
