The Certified Service Provider (CSP) program empowers third-party service providers and sophisticated Megapack customers to perform service on Megapack systems. As the CSP Account Manager, you will identify and onboard potential third-party service providers globally, ensuring they are commercially prepared to support Megapack customers. Additionally, you will assist sophisticated Megapack customers in becoming certified and operationally ready. Post-onboarding operational support will transition to the Asset Management team. This role demands a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional collaboration skills. Experience in renewable energy operations, maintenance, and asset management is essential. Market Development: Collaborate with business development, service, and sales teams to identify target markets and create roadmaps to ensure global support for Megapack systems
