The position is for an Account Manager Meetings & Groups based in Paris, responsible for supporting event planners and meeting & groups bookers in sourcing, booking, planning, and paying for their meeting and group projects. The role involves elevating the booking experience and driving customer satisfaction towards bookers and planners, acting as an industry expert in consulting the bookers and supporting them to self-service using HRS technology.
