About The Position
Lyra Technology Group is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Naperville, IL with our OpCo, Outsource IT Solutions Group (OSG). In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships within an assigned portfolio of existing clients, while driving revenue growth through proactive engagement, solution selling, and strategic account management. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and aligning our IT solutions with their business needs. From sales meetings and proposal writing to quarterly business reviews (QBRs), you'll own the full account lifecycle with the support of our service and technical teams.
