Are you ready to elevate purpose and make a tangible difference? As an Account Manager, you will own a quota-carrying role focused on expanding business within existing accounts. This position requires both a hunter mentality to identify and close new sales opportunities within our customer base and a farmer mindset to build relationships and drive long-term client success. You’ll conduct discovery calls, demo additional solutions, and manage a pipeline to proactively generate new revenue from existing customers while ensuring ongoing account engagement. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual who possesses strong communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A positive and proactive attitude is crucial to ensuring client satisfaction, paired with a results-driven mindset. Relationship management experience and a disciplined approach along with the demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle, (including prospecting and expansion) is required. Ultimately adaptability, openness to learning, drive, and the ability to build strong relationships will be paramount in this role.
