As an Account Manager on our Law team at iManage, you’ll build and strengthen long-term partnerships with leading law firms who rely on our platform to manage, protect, and unlock their knowledge every day. You’ll be both a trusted advisor and strategic consultant, helping firms evolve their technology strategies while ensuring they continue to realize measurable value from their investment in iManage. This role is rooted in relationships. You’ll develop a deep understanding of each firm’s priorities, culture, and client-service goals, ensuring that our solutions are aligned with their evolving business and IT needs. Working cross-functionally with teams across Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, you’ll deliver a world-class customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and innovation.
