About The Position

G2 Secure Staff is seeking an Account Manager for the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) to oversee Airport Services and maintain positive client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, particularly in airline or operations management, and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and budget management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of management experience, preferably managing hourly employees.
  • 3-4 years of airport experience.
  • 3-4 years of ramp experience.
  • Operations or airline experience required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to interpret financial reports and manage budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience in the airline or operations management fields.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the airport services team.
  • Schedule and staff airport employees to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Oversee the station's Safety Management System (SMS) and develop the station safety plan.
  • Train and retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with senior airline management and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff, and the public.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and participate in achieving company objectives.
