IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking Account Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for K-12 education, account management, and customer success. In this role, you will be developing relationships with school administrators across the US to ensure satisfaction throughout the customer life cycle. You will handle subscription renewals, upselling, customer retention efforts, and engagement activities in your assigned territory focusing on smaller customer accounts. #LI-MM1 To be successful in this role, you are proactive, extremely well organized, efficient and very personable with strong communication skills, especially written/email communication. As an Account Manager you must have the ability to handle multiple transactions effectively and efficiently with a customer-service mindset. This position is about efficiency and execution. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with outstanding people skills and integrity. You must have internal collaboration skills to work with your account management colleagues, lead, and field/inside sales teams. It is also important to work effectively with marketing to run ongoing engagement campaigns. This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC area office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.
