About The Position

Greenbox Capital helps small and mid-sized businesses thrive by providing fast, accessible funding. As an Account Manager in our ISO Partner Channel, you will own, develop, and grow a revenue-producing book of ISO partners. You build trust quickly, adapt fast, and turn funnel data into decisive action that drives funded volume and partner loyalty.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consumer service sales or SMB lending.
  • 5+ years in a high‑speed work environment.
  • Strong conflict‑resolution experience.
  • Quick, solution‑oriented thinker with excellent communication.
  • CRM proficiency; ability to interpret funnel metrics.
  • Strong data literacy.
  • Understanding of MCA/SMB lending processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: MCA industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Activation - Build and activate new ISO partners.
  • Funnel Management & Metrics - Improve submission, approval, and funding ratios through data-driven outreach.
  • Partner Engagement - Maintain consistent, high‑quality touchpoints and educate partners on product/process updates.
  • Competitive Awareness - Track market shifts and share insights with leadership.
