About The Position

Finish Line Staffing is expanding its national presence , and we’re looking for a seasoned Industrial Staffing Business Development Professional who can sell, grow, and manage accounts across the U.S. This is a remote, senior-level business development role for a proven industry professional with an established book of business , strong decision-maker relationships, and experience supporting multi-site or national clients in industrial sectors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in industrial staffing
  • An active book of business with national or multi-state accounts
  • Established relationships with decision-makers across industrial markets
  • Strong understanding of industrial labor trends and regional workforce dynamics
  • Proven ability to close, grow, and retain accounts at a national level
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow national and multi-location client relationships in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Leverage your existing book of business and national industry contacts to drive immediate revenue
  • Identify workforce needs across regions and deliver scalable staffing solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Partner closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure consistent delivery nationwide
  • Expand accounts strategically and build long-term national partnerships
