About The Position

Finish Line Staffing is expanding its national energy staffing platform and is seeking an experienced Energy Staffing Business Development Professional to drive growth across the U.S., with a focus on solar, utility, and power markets . This is a remote, senior-level role for an established industry professional who brings a proven book of business , deep energy-sector relationships, and experience supporting regional and national energy clients .

Requirements

5+ years of business development or sales experience in energy staffing
An active book of business within solar, utilities, power generation, or broader energy sectors
Established relationships with energy owners, EPCs, developers, and contractors
Strong understanding of energy workforce demands, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Proven success closing and growing regional or national energy accounts
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work fully remote

Responsibilities

Develop and grow national and multi-location accounts across solar, utility, and power generation markets
Leverage your existing energy industry contacts and book of business to generate immediate revenue
Identify workforce needs for solar construction, transmission & distribution, power generation, maintenance, and infrastructure projects
Sell scalable staffing solutions for craft, technical, and professional energy roles
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure safe, compliant, and consistent delivery nationwide
Build long-term partnerships and expand accounts across multiple energy markets
