Most of your day will be spent responding quickly to these inbound requests—guiding customers through quoting, ordering, and delivery with speed and clarity. You’ll also stay in touch with a list of existing clients, helping them move their projects forward and strengthening long-term relationships. While the role is primarily focused on fast-moving inbound opportunities, there’s room to be proactive with the right customers.
