Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience
  • Previous corporate trust experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience reading and interpreting legal documents
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Nice To Haves

  • Over 10 years of experience in CCT Account management
  • Extensive client engagement and relationship‑building expertise
  • 7+ years of experience performing Corporate Debt Account Management and or Document Negotiations
  • Proven background managing international and cross‑border client accounts
  • Skilled in onboarding, account maintenance, and account terminations

Responsibilities

  • Manages and administers the most complex and largest accounts. Ensures accurate establishment, administration and operation of the accounts.
  • Acts as a consultant to clients by providing guidance, and in-depth industry and product knowledge.
  • Responsible for reading and interpreting complex trust and other legal documents in order to identify administrative requirements and responsibilities.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and risk management policies.
  • Acts as a lead to junior level account managers and participates as an expert on various business initiatives.
  • Travel may be required.
