A role you will love As our Account Manager III for the Specialized Asset Services (SAS) Control Efficiency Project Oversight (CEPO) team, you will translate a deep knowledge of the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Asset Based Lending (ABL) products and related processes to help transform the technology platforms to run more efficiently and with better controls. The leadership aspect is one of the most important elements to the role’s success. Being able to bring people together to work collaboratively will be a strength of yours and you will be able to develop and execute plans to improve the effectiveness of SAS’s processes and systems. Leadership doesn’t just come down to implementing changes but also being able to build and maintain relationships across our business, and the ability to influence and negotiate.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following areas: trust, financial services, or account management or combination of education and experience
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and achieve results
  • Strong understanding of Collateralized Loan Obligations and Asset Based Lending deals (aka Loan Finance Facilities)
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies tied to a common vision, which maximizes revenue and profitability
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization
  • Process oriented with the ability to envision an improved future state and drive positive changes

Responsibilities

  • Develop requirements for key process/systems enhancements by leveraging your understanding of the products and services along with ideas and perspectives sourced from the business teams we support
  • Lead efforts to design efficient, controlled processes with the ability to see the big picture while also working through detailed challenges
  • Interface with Technology partners to translate needs, challenges and opportunities for process design and refinement
  • Directly conduct user acceptance testing as well as organize end user testing efforts
  • Drive implementation and adoption of process/systems changes
  • Provide top-tier customer service and solutions for internal customers and partners
  • Build and foster strong working relationships with SAS managers and analysts, ensuring a strong flow of communication and idea generation for future builds and enhancements

  • Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $95,000- $120,000.
