The Role The Account Manager II – Inside is responsible for growing revenue in the small to medium sized customer accounts. Primary function of sales being performed through technology and not on customer premises, the Account Manager II - Inside will develop long term, consultative relationships within customer base of accounts. The primary focus is to deepen and expand the relationship between Lumen and named accounts to maximize revenue and minimize loss of revenue / account churn.
