About The Position

At the Gustave A Larson Company, we are looking for our next team member to join us as an Inside Sales Account Manager. We are an HVAC/R wholesale distributor throughout the Midwest and Mountain States, including the Denver metro area. We thrive on being customer service oriented, being nimble, balancing multiple responsibilities, and developing positive relationships with our teams to work together to get the job done.

Requirements

  • 2 years (or more) of HVAC/R industry experience.
  • Residential HVAC experience is a must.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented.
  • A proven track record of sales and selling skills experience.
  • Valid Driver's license/driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Focused - we are passionate about serving all of our customers, including dealers, business owners and large HVAC companies and consolidators.
  • Maintain positive business relationships and deliver on our promises to customers.
  • Understand HVAC residential systems to assist our outside sales team in selling the right equipment.
  • Support our Territory Managers and be face to face with customers.
  • Present and execute National Sales Programs and initiatives with our TM's.
  • Assist at the counter when needed, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.
  • Continually improve on sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide customer service expertise and support to pricing, quoting, credit terms and orders.
