The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience working with digital campaigns and Google Ads.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience with the digital landscape across search, display and video and implementing brand campaigns with advertisers.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, specifically search and video and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Experience with Google Performance and Branding solutions (e.g., Search, Video, Display).
  • Experience working with advertisers, media agencies, digital media across both performance and brand.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and collaborate with key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
  • Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build a pipeline.
