As an Account Manager in Employee Benefits, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients protect what matters most. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Experience managing client accounts, ideally in employee benefits
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new tools.
  • A passion for helping clients and solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a group of client accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and service.
  • Be the go-to person for your clients, building strong relationships and guiding them through renewals, open enrollment meetings, and day-to-day needs.
  • Work closely with our production team to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Help retain clients, drive satisfaction, and even identify opportunities to expand coverage or offer additional services by providing exceptional service.
