At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Manager I to join our team. You’ll manage a group of accounts, ensuring our clients receive the best solutions for their needs. This role is all about building strong relationships, providing outstanding care, and contributing to our success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with simple to moderately complex needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Be the go-to contact for clients, addressing their member service and billing needs.
  • Support Producers and Account Executives, stepping in when they’re unavailable.
  • Request and maintain important plan documents from partner insurance carriers, vendors, and administrators.
  • Input and maintain benefit plan data in our Agency Management system.
  • Assist Producers and Account Executives with projects as needed.
