Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
2-5 years of experience in account management or a digital marketing role
Working knowledge of CRM software
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with several clients simultaneously
The ability to cultivate long-term relationships
Excellent communication skills, demonstrated both verbally and in writing
Experience in business development and new client acquisition

Responsibilities

Manage marketing projects for Fig Industries clients
Establish, manage and lead day-to-day marketing initiatives for clients (Brainstorming sessions, research, roadmap planning)
Idea generation for branding and campaigns
Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to fulfill client needs
Present design solutions to clients
Project management tracking and reporting
Develop new digital marketing strategies for clients
Develop and manage social accounts and campaigns as needed for clients
Project manage web projects alongside the Senior Experience Designer
FI social media writing, posting, and management
FI newsletter writing, posting, and management
New digital marketing initiatives for Fig Industries development
Assist business development efforts for new client acquisition
