About The Position

Supports projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure digital content deliverables are met. Utilizes appropriate tools to manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Works with Digital Project Manager to communicate schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Works with Digital Project Manager to monitor task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and communicate at risk tasks to stakeholders. Digital Content Digital Content Management – lead on the curation and trafficking of digital content related to website and email content within OBE’s scope Digital Liaison - Serve as the day-to-day Digital Liaison to client for select digital products, managing communications related to digital content deliverables Support Digital Project Manager in escalating relevant timeline, scope, and technical considerations to stakeholders Email Management Lead – Lead on all participant-facing emails through email content template creation, distribution list cultivation, data refinement, and scheduling send Digital Content Liaison – Represent the account team as the digital content liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure digital content deliverables are met. Support in translating client needs, content, and feedback into clear, actionable items for the Digital Project Manager. Website and Email Marketing – Support the Digital Project Manager in the creation of marketing templates for email marketing and project websites around approved strategy and content alignment. Social Marketing Support – Support the social marketing initiatives for projects, as assigned by project Client & Account Leadership Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams, building strong, trusted relationships. Partner with teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to deliver measurable results. Guide development of experiential tactical plans for IRL and/or virtual programs in collaboration with Strategy, Creative, Production, Tech, Digital, and Social teams. Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure timely, clear distribution of information across internal and external teams. Provide ongoing budget tracking, expense monitoring, reconciliations, and client approvals in partnership with Producers and Finance. Deliver performance feedback and post-program evaluations to clients and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or experiential marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years serving as a primary client contact or account lead.
  • Experience managing IRL and/or virtual experiential activations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, technical, and production teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Understanding of digital product content and marketing strategies and governance.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and web technologies.
  • Enthusiasm for creating and presenting compelling design decks, pitches, and client-facing materials.
  • Passion for experiential and spatial design, consumer journey, digital interactivity, and environmental storytelling.
  • Creative thinker who understands time management and efficient use of resources.
  • Professional, collaborative personality that works well across all levels of an agency.
  • High energy, stamina, and flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends as needed).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work a hybrid schedule (2 days minimum in office).
  • Flexibility to collaborate with OBE offices and projects across multiple time zones, which may occasionally require work outside standard business hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods during live events.
