About The Position

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for your clients, guiding them through integration, ensuring smooth communication, and helping them get the most out of crypto payment solutions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the payment industry.
  • Strong background in client or partner management.
  • Solid understanding of crypto or fintech-related operations.
  • Fluency in English and Russian (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients in high-risk sectors like gambling.

  • Monitor client metrics (conversion rates, turnovers) and optimize performance.
  • Keep records up-to-date and ensure policy compliance.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and prepare custom pricing proposals.
  • Analyze market trends and assist with strategic proposals.
