About The Position

The CRM Account Manager at Boston Scientific is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for specific customer segments within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) field. This role focuses on identifying commercial opportunities, managing account planning, and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred, with knowledge of the Boston CRM portfolio.
  • Experience in sales from a CRM perspective or a Technical Support background in the medical devices industry.
  • Integrity and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to handle differing needs of clinical and non-clinical customers.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Electrophysiology and Cath lab experience is a plus.
  • Candidates located within the East Anglia region are ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of annual strategic plan by providing detailed business intelligence for accounts in scope.
  • Understands account's needs and develops detailed account plans, supporting Top Tier 1 accounts.
  • Develops stakeholder maps, defines touchpoints, and ensures account information is updated in the internal system.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with economic stakeholders and clinical KOLs, promoting Health Economics arguments.
  • Supports clinical colleagues in identifying and managing sales opportunities from clinical support.
  • Gathers information about upcoming tenders and negotiation opportunities based on interactions with stakeholders.
  • Participates in negotiations and prepares administrative documents in collaboration with the Tender Office.
  • Develops deal models and supports RSMs in Top Tier 1 accounts.
