This is a flexible position and has the option of working in our Toronto office full time, hybrid throughout the week or working entirely remotely. The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for their portfolio of Vena customers and is responsible for strategically helping deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving net revenue growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. As a key player in our growth strategy, Account Managers will build trusted multi-threaded relationships across multiple levels of the organization and operate as a conduit between Vena’s customers and Vena’s supporting teams to ensure satisfaction and value realization.
