As our first Account Manager in Poland, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing Factbird’s presence in the region—building lasting customer relationships and expanding our business with new partners. In this role, you’ll combine a strong commercial drive with deep curiosity for technology and manufacturing. You’ll nurture new business opportunities, introduce Factbird to forward-thinking manufacturers, and support customers in optimizing their performance using real-time data and actionable insights. You won’t just represent Factbird—you’ll become a trusted partner and advisor, helping our customers minimize downtime, increase productivity, and future-proof their operations. In this role, you’ll focus on creating new relationships and building a strong customer base, while also nurturing long-term partnerships as they grow. You’ll be the primary contact for your customers, guiding them through every stage—from first implementation to scaling, product expansion, and strategic partnership development. Working closely with everyone from operators and process engineers to senior management, you’ll help manufacturers unlock the true value of real-time production data—empowering them to make better decisions, run their lines more efficiently, and drive continuous improvement.
