Requirements

2+ years of outside sales or relevant experience selling; preferred
Strong track record of achievement; preferably selling processes and solutions
Strong problem-solving skills
Relationship and solution selling skills
Eager learner
Coachability

Ability to work independently or with a team
Possesses strong computer skills
Knack for work under pressure
Excellent time management skills/organizational skills

Responsibilities

Research, identify, and persistently generate weekly new opportunities
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel
Strategically attack a sales funnel to close new business
Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls and emails
Document sales activity in our CRM system as required (daily, weekly, monthly)
Identify customer process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions
Create and present high-level sales proposals
Generate, develop, and maintain customer relationships
Exceed monthly and annual sales expectations
Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player
Other duties, as assigned
