  • Responsible for the Robotics Division's Automotive T1 business and ABB market share.
  • Generate and follow up on robot and robot systems leads.
  • Develop ABB's business with end customers for robotic products and systems.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the account plan and Statement of Work growth actions.
  • Understand key business drivers, including significant and emerging business risks (e.g., sustainability/digital/cybersecurity) of the relevant global customer's business.
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account.
  • Define sales targets and monitor competitors' activity with the account.
  • Bachelor degree PLUS minimum 4 years sales experience OR Associate degree PLUS minimum 6 years sales experience OR High School diploma/GED PLUS minimum 8 years' sales experience.
  • Previous experience with Automotive Tier Customers, preferred.
  • Experience in selling automation, preferably robots and robotic automation systems for a variety of applications.
  • Ability to create and develop relationships with new customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% weekly.
  • Submit complete and accurate proposal and forecast information with Salesforce.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
