The Account Manager (2) is a relationship-driven, high-energy B2B professional responsible for protecting and growing revenue within an assigned geographic territory of existing customers. This role focuses on deepening relationships, solving problems in real time, and expanding accounts through contract renewals and high-margin upsells. This is not a hunting role. Approximately 95% of income and activity comes from existing customers. The Account Manager thrives in face-to-face environments—walking plant floors, riding routes, identifying opportunities, and turning satisfied customers into raving fans and larger, more profitable accounts. In addition to managing their own book of business, this role provides leadership and coaching to Account Managers to drive consistent execution, customer retention, and revenue growth.
