Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Account Managers responsible for fostering relationships and managing BBB Accredited businesses. The Account Management Team Lead will act as a bridge between management and the team of account managers to aid in meeting revenue and retention goals. This role will report to the Director of Account Management; the Account Management team will also continue to report to the Director of Account Management. The employee must be present in-office three or more workdays per week.
