About The Position

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Associate to join our growing US team. In this role, you will support our US investor base, strengthen long-term relationships, and ensure an exceptional client experience. You'll work closely with the Investor Relations, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams to facilitate seamless onboarding, maintain accurate client data, and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the investor journey. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and experience supporting sophisticated clients in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, investor relations, or a similar client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated or institutional clients
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management abilities
  • A proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mentality who can work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot; familiarity with data or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for US-based investors, supporting onboarding, platform training, account setup, and general account servicing
  • Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records, partnership details, and activity logs in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including KYC, Compliance, Legal, Fund Operations, and Product—across multiple continents and time zones to ensure efficient and compliant onboarding processes
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives and contribute to cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing the overall client journey
  • Provide insights and feedback to Product and Operations teams to help refine processes, tools, and user experience
