About The Position

Honeymoon is seeking curious, motivated individuals for our summer internship program (May 26 - Sept 4). As an Account Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting client PR, communications and marketing programs while developing foundational communications skills. This is a unique opportunity to learn the agency business from the ground up while contributing to meaningful client work.

Requirements

• Rising senior, recent college/advanced degree graduate or career-changer interested in communications
• Strong writing abilities demonstrated through coursework, previous jobs or personal projects
• Basic understanding of communications, marketing or related fields
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Basic understanding of digital content formats (e.g., text, image, video and interactive media) and platforms (e.g., social media, email platforms, internal platforms)
• Experience with social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong research abilities and attention to detail
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Time management and organization
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Collaborative team player mentality

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with graphic design or digital design platforms (i.e. Canva) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Support account teams in day-to-day client service activities
• Assist with research, media monitoring and reporting
• Draft content for various communications channels
• Help prepare client presentations and materials
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
• Shadow client meetings and agency discussions
