About The Position

West Monroe is seeking a commercially oriented Director or Partner to join our Technology & Experience Practice, with a focus on Account Growth & Advisory. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial, client-focused leader who excels at connecting the dots between our technology services and client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen paired with a business-minded approach to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth. In this position, you will focus on farming opportunities within existing accounts, expanding our scope of work by identifying and solving client challenges. While you collaborate with delivery teams, your primary responsibility will be to grow client relationships, develop account strategies, and ensure alignment between client needs and West Monroe’s technology solutions. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, with a passion for driving impact through long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including a blend of technology consulting and client relationship management. Industry depth preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technology strategy, architecture, and solutions, with the ability to speak fluently about technical concepts.
  • Proven track record of expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their business challenges and aligning West Monroe’s technology services to deliver solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, focusing on farming rather than net-new acquisition.
  • Build and execute account strategies to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth across targeted clients.
  • Act as a connector between client needs and West Monroe’s full suite of technology offerings, ensuring seamless integration of services.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success while maintaining a strategic focus on account growth.
  • Collaborate with other leaders across West Monroe to identify cross-practice opportunities and deliver holistic solutions to clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
  • Leverage strong technical expertise to understand complex client environments and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay informed on emerging technology trends and their implications for our clients’ industries.
  • Represent West Monroe as a thought leader in the marketplace, contributing to white papers, speaking engagements, and other forums.
  • Meet or exceed revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure alignment with West Monroe’s strategic goals and priorities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by proactively identifying client needs and connecting them to our services.
