About The Position

This role supports business growth by marketing a diverse portfolio of wireless voice and data products to existing and new customers. It involves managing accounts through solutions-based selling to analyze customer needs and identify sales opportunities. The role requires acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Success is measured by account growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of sales targets. The work impacts the organization by expanding the customer base and enhancing service delivery to business clients.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently. (Required)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. (Required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position. (Preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or retention. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily customer communication to complete outbound and inbound calls, emails, and online meetings for account management
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs and identify potential business opportunities for tailored product messaging
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal and order finalization to secure new and expanded accounts
  • Participate in required product and service training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless offerings
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
