At Inclined, we are using modern technology to transform the whole life insurance market by helping all policyholders get the maximum value out of their policies. We are singularly focused on the $1.0 Trillion of cash value in whole life policies today and fixing the legacy problems that have existed in the market for decades relative to how policyholders access their cash value savings. Our platform offers a simple and efficient way to utilize cash value while maintaining the significant tax advantage inherent in whole life policies. We're a well-funded start-up founded by industry veterans from finance, software and life insurance, including the co-founder of Strava and Guidewire. In this role you will capture and maintain relationships with advisors and teams within Northwestern Mutual, Mass Mutual and Guardian. Inclined partners with whole life insurance advisors whose customers are policyholders with cash value savings. You will work with advisors to develop and maintain relationships to be their first choice of a partner to onboard their entire book of business. You are responsible for managing the ongoing relationship with each new advisor and team you bring onboard while continuing to work to add net-new advisors to your growing book of business. Beyond the business development you will understand an advisor’s needs and the needs of their clients in order to properly convey Inclined’s value proposition delivered through the partnership.
