Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the mid-market industry, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the mid-market industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools, with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, with a focus on driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, including identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
