The Account Executive position primarily identifies the needs of a customer and provides a chance to meet those needs through the purchase of products or services. They will market those products to new and existing customers. All information and knowledge gained through your employment at AlphaKOR are confidential and deemed to be exclusive property and proprietary knowledge of AlphaKOR.

Requirements

  • Ability to develop sales skills, achieve results and elevate to new roles within the department
  • Strong oral and written communication skills complimented by strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proactive and customer-oriented attitude

Responsibilities

  • To cultivate new clients for Alpha KOR.
  • To make sales calls and contact both potential and present customers.
  • Following up on qualified leads from AlphaKOR sales team.
  • To market products and services to new and existing customer base.
  • To Generate business through phone, e-mail, face-to-face meetings and business associations.
  • To guide potential customers to discover their requirements and then offers the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled.
  • To meet or exceed the sales quotas as set by your manager.
  • To keep records of all interactions with customers.
  • To maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • To attend business associations as agreed upon with your manager.
  • Adhere to AlphaKOR quoting, credit term, follow-up and related scheduler.
  • To be aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge.
  • To develop innovative and creative sales techniques.
  • To give demonstrations to customers and educate them about the product.
