About The Position

A growing men’s private label apparel brand is expanding its wholesale sales team and seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue across national retail channels. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands high-volume distribution, pricing strategy, and how to build long-term retail partnerships. The product assortment spans opening price point through mid-tier men’s apparel, requiring a strong understanding of margin architecture, volume planning, and retail positioning. This is a full-time, in-office position with a competitive base salary and commission structure tied to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of men’s apparel wholesale sales experience
  • Private label experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to high-volume retail accounts (club, mass, big box, discount)
  • Strong knowledge of pricing architecture from opening price point to mid-tier
  • Proven negotiation skills and strategic account management ability
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven with a performance-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow wholesale accounts across club stores, big box retailers, discounters, and specialty retail
  • Execute seasonal sales strategies aligned with retail pricing tiers and volume targets
  • Present customized assortments tailored to each retail channel
  • Negotiate pricing, margin structures, and promotional programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key retail decision-makers
  • Partner with design, production, and planning teams to ensure on-time product delivery
  • Monitor sell-through performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage forecasts, order flow, and customer commitments
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and emerging retail channels
