About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Account Executive for our Greenville, SC based out of our Greenville office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to: Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials, developing tailored solutions, and articulating the impact of options across product lines. Retain existing business and collaborate with Account Management colleagues to generate new business opportunities. Implement growth and retention strategies while working to meet sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and drive business growth. Serve as a primary client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and loss experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and recommend effective risk solutions across multiple product lines.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Knowledge of market conditions and compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate risk impacts and solutions.

  • Experience working closely with producers and client teams to drive business development.
