Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Must reside within the designated territory (Philadelphia area).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, coachable, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and establish new business relationships while expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop strong, lasting one-on-one relationships with buyers, ensuring repeat business and long-term client retention.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide marketing insights and innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from prospecting to contract completion.
  • Manage sales pipeline using KPIs, CRM tools, and reporting processes to track progress and performance.
  • Actively contribute to team initiatives and share best practices to maximize revenue opportunities.
