About The Position

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Account Executive (AE). This unique position will require a versatile candidate who can effectively generate leads, nurture relationships, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the uniform rental industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory during business hours
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to maintain punctual attendance at client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify potential customers.
  • Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social selling to engage with prospects.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel by providing relevant information and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
  • Travel locally on a daily basis to visit prospective and existing customers, with the ability to conduct up to approximately 5–16 in-person client visits per day, depending on territory and scheduling.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
