About The Position

Farsight operates at the cutting-edge of AI to deliver human-like work within some of the world’s largest, and most critical, financial organizations. Demand in the market for AI solutions is soaring, and Farsight takes a truly differentiated approach. You will play a critical role in shaping sales playbooks, strategies and more as the company begins to transition away from founder-led sales. This is a high-upside opportunity to help drive the GTM motion of an incredibly unique product and value proposition, in a highly lucrative industry. Much of the role will involve working hand-in-hand with the founders to help hit Farsight's next chapter of growth. Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience, with experience in the mid-market as well
  • Experience with software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong interest in learning and understanding generative AI technology and the current, rapidly evolving landscape
  • Experience working in unstructured environments, experimenting with sales strategies and refining GTM plans
  • You are intrinsically motivated and self-critical of your work, two aspects that are important for rapid iteration and improvement
  • Are able to effectively communicate with and collaborate with a growing team
  • Bring a positive and fun attitude to the workplace!

Nice To Haves

  • Formerly served in a sales role at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience selling to financial institutions (i.e. banks, private equity funds, hedge funds)
  • Familiarity with AI technology, broadly
  • Previous experience interacting with existing customers and receiving customer feedback

Benefits

  • Base salary between $80,000 and $150,000 annually (dependent on total experience)
