Job Summary This position provides an opportunity to build a career within an exciting market of the insurance industry. This candidate will be integral to the overall management of a book of business, managing opportunities from discovery to paid premium. The position demands a high level of resourcefulness, effective communication, and adaptability. Account Executives require critical thinking and problem-solving to drive results and meet the goals of the overall organization. Actively engages with assigned advisors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Increase revenue by expanding assigned existing relationships for our Practice. Learns organizational sales process by working closely with team members to establish an expertise in designing, underwriting, and distributing life, disability, Long-Term Care and Annuity products. Maintains pipeline, tracks follow-up activity and reports on opportunity life cycles. Analyzes feedback to improve service and client satisfaction. Monitor and manage the progress of pending policies, ensuring timely processing and resolution. Collaborate with underwriters, advisors, and clients to gather required information and facilitate communication. Knowledge of carrier practices, policy contracts and provisions. Must be familiar with new business processes and various state requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong growth and business development orientation

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of related industry experience
  • Active Life & Health license
  • Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
